1. Introduction

Welcome to Gamblor.io ("the Platform"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website and services. By registering for an account, accessing, or using Gamblor.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction) to use Gamblor.io.

You must ensure that online gambling is legal in your jurisdiction before using our services.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account and provide accurate, up-to-date information.

Only one account per person is permitted. Multiple accounts may result in termination.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities conducted under your account.

Gamblor.io reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or close an account at its discretion.

4. Restricted Jurisdictions

Access to Gamblor.io may be restricted in certain jurisdictions due to legal and regulatory requirements.

It is your responsibility to ensure that participation in online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering or wagering on the Platform.

We reserve the right to block access to users from restricted jurisdictions.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

Gamblor.io supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively in ETH on the Abstract chain.

Withdrawal requests may be subject to verification and processing times.

We reserve the right to impose minimum and maximum deposit/withdrawal limits.

6. Deposit Bonuses and Wagering Requirements

Deposit bonuses are optional and not mandatory. Users are not required to activate a deposit bonus unless they choose to do so.

Deposit bonuses must be activated before depositing, and you must have a previous deposit to activate any bonuses other than the welcome bonus. Bonuses cannot be added to an account after a deposit has been made.

Wagering requirements apply to both the deposit amount and the bonus amount. This means users must place bets totaling a multiple of their deposit and bonus before withdrawing any associated winnings.

The specific wagering requirement amount is provided on the bonus activation page.

Example: If a user deposits $100 and receives a $100 bonus with a 35x wagering requirement, they must place bets totaling $7,000 (35x the combined $200 balance) before withdrawal.

Bonus amount and deposit amount subject to wagering requirements cannot be used on the sportsbook.

Slot games contribute 100% toward the wagering requirement.

Imperious games contribute 10% toward the wagering requirement. This means a $10 bet on these games will contribute $1 toward meeting the requirement.

Live Blackjack and Baccarat contribute 5% toward the wagering requirement. This means a $10 bet on these games will contribute $0.50 toward meeting the requirement.

Live games (except Blackjack and Baccarat) does not contribute toward the wagering requirement.

All other games contribute 5% toward the wagering requirement.

For all bonuses, upon completing wagering requirement, the maximum redeem amount is 10x the bonus amount awarded. Any winnings exceeding this limit will be void. Wagering requirement must be fulfilled within 7 (seven) days of the bonus being credited. Failure to meet the wagering requirements within this period will result in the bonus being cancelled and the removal of all associated bonus funds and winnings from the account.

Gamblor.io reserves the right to modify or withdraw bonuses at any time.

Any attempts to abuse or manipulate bonuses will result in the cancellation of the bonus and withholding of funds.

7. Leaderboard

To qualify for the leaderboard rewards, the user must have qualified deposits in the total amount of no less than 500 USD and qualified wager in the total amount of no less than 20 000 USD (excluding wagers using bonus credits) throughout the period to which the leaderboard applies.

The monthly Leaderboard Rakeback bonus is credited within the logic of “bonus cashback” for places 1-20 and is NOT immediately available for withdrawal. The Leaderboard Rakeback bonus is subject to a minimum of 1x wagering. Shall the player be in net profit after wagering the Leaderboard Rakeback bonus, the amount of the Leaderboard Rakeback bonus will be withheld from subsequent withdrawals.

8. Fair Play and Responsible Gaming

We are committed to promoting responsible gaming. Users may self-exclude or seek assistance through our responsible gaming tools.

Gamblor casino is also committed to the fair play standards. Any form of fraudulent, unfair or unethical behavior, including the use of any automated software (bots), AI tools and external software with the purpose of gaining unfair advantage in Live Casino games, slots and Sportsbook is strictly prohibited.

Should a case where a use of prohibited software be detected or reasonably suspected by Gamblor or Gamblor’s external risk management auditors, Gamblor reserves the right to consider all affected winnings void, withhold the funds and take appropriate action including but not limited to account closure.

We are not obliged to return any funds from accounts we deem fraudulent or associated with scammers.

Gamblor.io reserves the right to investigate and take necessary action against suspected fraudulent activities.

9. Prohibited Activities

Users agree not to engage in activities including, but not limited to:

• Money laundering, fraudulent transactions, or other illicit activities.
• Exploiting vulnerabilities or attempting to manipulate games or transactions.
• Sharing account credentials or engaging in unauthorized access.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, branding, and intellectual property on Gamblor.io remain the exclusive property of the Platform.

Users may not copy, distribute, or use any material without prior written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

Gamblor.io is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted service or error-free functionality.

Any game interruptions leading to loss of funds will be investigated by our games providers. Gamblor.io does not take on the liability of such losses.

We shall not be liable for any losses, including financial losses, arising from the use of our Platform.

Users participate at their own risk and discretion.

12. Amendments and Termination

Gamblor.io reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.

We may terminate or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or legal obligations.
