Our approach
Gambling should be entertainment. For some people, it can become harmful. This page explains practical steps you can take to stay in control and how to request self exclusion.

Practical tips to stay in control
Consider the following before you play:
- Set a deposit budget: decide what you can afford to spend for entertainment and stick to it.
- Do not chase losses: trying to win back losses often leads to bigger losses.
- Set a time limit: keep gambling in balance with work, sleep, and other hobbies.
- Avoid playing under pressure: do not play when you feel stressed, low, angry, or under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medication.
- Take breaks: stop if you feel tired, distracted, or unable to concentrate.
- Keep one account: using a single account helps you track your activity and reduces risk.
Under 18s
The Platform is for users aged 18 or over. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and preventing anyone under 18 from accessing your account.
If you are a parent or guardian, consider using device level parental controls and content filters to restrict access to gambling content.
Self exclusion
If you want to take a longer break from gambling, you can request self exclusion by emailing support@gamblor.io and stating the period you want, from 6 months up to 5 years.
During self exclusion:
- Your account will be restricted for the agreed period and the exclusion cannot be removed early.
- You must not create a new account. Any attempt to bypass self exclusion is a breach of our Terms and may result in a permanent ban.
